The closest airports are Airport Canberra (code: CBR), located 165 km south, and Sydney is located 210 km from the park.
By car
The main roads leading into the park are the Long Nose Trail and the Felled Timber Trail. They run from the northern parts of the park to the centre of the park, from Arkstone and from the rural suburbs of Oberon (Porters Retreat). Arrival is only on your own, there is no option of taking a bus or taxi, unless you rent it in, for example, the town of Crookwell, 50 km south of the park.
