Betsukai
Betsukai (別海), often read Bekkai or Bekkaicho is a town in Nemuro subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.
Understand
The town's major industries are dairy farming and fishing in the Sea of Okhotsk. It also claims to be Japan's second-largest town -- in area. (With a population of just 17,000, it's pretty far down most other lists.)

There are no station. The most close station is Shibecha or Attoko station by JR Hokkaido.
