Capilla del Señor
Capilla del Senor is a town of 9,200 people (2010) in the province of Buenos Aires, 80 km northwest of the Argentine capital. The historical and building heritage of the town led the National Commission of Monuments, Places, and Historical Assets to declare it an Asset of Historical Interest in 1994.

- From Miter: UGO-MS railway to Victoria Station, and combines with the branch to Capilla del Señor.
- From San Martín: UGOFE railway to Estación Pilar and combines with the Atlántida autotransportation line 57 to Capilla del Señor.
- From Urquiza: TEA Railway, El Gran Capitán Federico Lacroze-Posadas Train (Capilla del Señor Station).

The historic center of Capilla del Señor has several points of interest. The most important ones have interpretation posters for the tourist.
- 🌍 San Martin Plaza. Main square and center of the historic center of the town.
- 🌍 City Hall (Palacio Municipal), Rivadavia 411 (in front of the main square). Inaugurated in 1904, the initials 'CM' on the front refer to its status as Municipal House.
- 🌍 Parish church (Parroquia de Exaltación de la Cruz), Belgrano 330 (in front of the main square), ☏ +54 2323 491656. Built in 1866, it is the center of the patron saint festivities that take place every September 14.
- 🌍 El Miralejos, Moreno between Miter and Belgrano (in front of the main square). Picturesque Italian-style house from the early 20th century, with a tower that gives it its name.
- 🌍 El Mirador, urcelay 584 (two blocks from the main square). Built in 1862, this building used to be a hotel and casino frequented by personalities of the time. Its viewpoint with wrought iron balcony stands out.
- 🌍 Casa de la Cultura, Rivadavia 506 (in front of the main square), ☏ +54 2323 491347. Building from 1919 that is the headquarters of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism, the Tourist Assistance Center and the Municipal Library.
- 🌍 Antiguo Lazareto (in front of the Paseo Arco Iris). Former lazaretto, medical care center that played an important role in the cholera epidemic of 1867.
- 🌍 Pasro Arco Iris, Provincial Route No. 39, corner of Alsina (bordering the Arroyo de la Cruz). The largest park in the town, the small island in the stream was declared a nature reserve.
- 🌍 "El León", Urcelay at Helmet (one block from the main square). A unique building from the early 20th century, the statue of a lion that can be seen at the top gave this traditional village shop its name.
Museums
- 🌍 Sacred Art Museum (Museo de Arte Sacro), bolivar 338 (one block from the main square), ☏ +54 2323 492981. Located in a replica of the chapel that gave the town its name, it is one of the few museums of sacred art in the country.
- 🌍 Museum of Buenos Aires Journalism (Museo del Periodismo Bonaerense), Rivadavia 477 (in front of the main square), ☏ +54 2323 491347. It has several thematic rooms, which include everything from historical documents and publications to the printing press used by the town's first newspaper.
