Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake is a city of 40,000 people in Northern Illinois. It has a revitalized historic downtown district, which is home to many small specialty shops and businesses, and is a local shopping district.
Get in
Metra Train- Union Pacific Northwest Line Crystal Lake Station is at 70 E. Woodstock, Crystal Lake or try the Pingree Station at 570 Congress Parkway. Parking lots can get busy during the summer festival times of the year, but it is still a very convenient way to get to and from Chicago.

Drink
- Georgio's Chicago Pizzeria, 75 E. Woodstock St. M-Th 11AM-1AM, F Sa 11AM-2AM, Su 11AM-midnight. Try their Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Also, after 10PM, Georgio's turns into one of the few good bar scenes for the younger generations.
