Kickapoo Cavern State Park is in the Hill Country River Region of Texas.
Understand
Kickapoo Cavern State Park is an undeveloped state park which has 15 caverns. Its undeveloped state means that access is limited and reservations are required for any visit. It also means that trails are unimproved and potentially dangerous. For this reason a signed and dated liability release form is required for any visit.
Flora and fauna
Mammals commonly found in the park include whitetail deer, raccoon, ringtail, gray fox, rock squirrel, porcupine, rabbit, and various other rodents. Commonly found birds are Gray vireo, Varied bunting, and Montezuma quail.
