Lititz

Lititz is a town of 9,400 people (2020) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1756, Lititz is known for its quaint, tree-lined streets and historic district, its many unique shops, museums, businesses, inns, bed and breakfasts, Wilbur Chocolate, and Sturgis Pretzel.

As a borough of Lancaster, Lititz is connected by road and public transportation.

Pennsylvania Routes 772 (West Orange and East Main streets) and 501 (Broad Street) run through the town. PA 772 leads east 6 miles (10 km) to Brownstown and west 5 miles (8 km) to Manheim, while PA 501 leads north 16 miles (26 km) to Myerstown and south 9 miles (14 km) to Lancaster, the county seat.

Red Rose Transit Route 10 provides service from Lancaster to Lilitz and through the town. No service evenings or Sundays. (Nov 2022.)
