Maoming
Maoming (茂名; Màomíng) is a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province in China. It also administers the nearby county-level cities of Xinyi (信宜), Gaozhou (高州) and Huazhou (化州).

You can take the train in, and the railroad out of Maoming leads to Guangzhou to Zhanjiang. You can also take buses to Maoming from other areas. By air, you can usually come down from Zhanjiang Airport and take a train or bus back to Maoming.
