- Port Maria - The capital of Saint Mary Parish. Port Maria is the home of all business in the Saint Mary Parish.
- Spanish Town - once the capital of Jamaica, and the main town of the Saint Catherine Parish.
- Ocho Rios - City in Saint Ann Parish, home to many resorts and is a popular popular tourist destination.
