Saint-Sulpice
Saint-Sulpice (Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe) is a village of 9,000 people (2018) in the Tarn department of France. It sits at the confluence of the Tarn and the Agout rivers.

The Occitanie intermodal lines network serves the town with 3 regular lines: lines 702 (Albi—Saint-Sulpice), 709 (Albi—Saint-Sulpice by express) and 717 (Montauban—Bessières—Saint-Sulpice).
By road
The A68 motorway serves this town by interchange n°5 called Saint Sulpice - Terres Noires and by interchange n°6 called Lavaur-Saint Sulpice, and by roads or old roads (national road 88, national road 630, national road 631).
By train
At Saint-Sulpice station by TER Occitanie on the line from Brive-la-Gaillarde to Toulouse-Matabiau via Capdenac, therefore a two-track upgrade between Toulouse and Saint-Sulpice was created in 2012-2013. Saint-Sulpice station is a departmental rail hub, it is the most frequented station in the department.
By plane
Toulouse-Blagnac airport, accessible less than 25 minutes by car. When you land, you can take the underground, the highway (by car) or go to the village's train station. The train station is 10 minutes from the centre.
Get around
Saint-Sulpice has its own line of buses: Le Sulpicien which goes through the city. It consists of two regular lines tat operate Monday to Friday.
There are a lot of bike lanes and the city is quite walkable.
See
Under the bridge is passing the river Tarn. It's a beautiful place and it's really amazing for a walk like the small country roads and the lovely streets. There is an old castle in ruins called the Castella that you can visit if you like history. You can take a break in the garden and eat there. It's close to the Tarn so the view is gorgeous. As well, you can picnic in the town hall's park.
Do
This city is a lovely place to visit especially during summer and spring. Every April and every July, there is a fairground in the city-centre, there are no cars so it is very walkable. Near the centre, there is a cinema in front of a restaurant which is a good thing if you want to hang out. A bit further, there is a swimming pool quite big, adapted to children and adults. Next to this swimming pool, there's the town hall's park, the soccer stadium and the basketball stadium (they're small). It's perfect if you like sport and if you want to run around it. Every Wednesday, there is the market on Saint-Sulpice's place, the products are fresh and they have a good quality. If you come here in family, there is a skate park for children and teenagers and a bicycle court. If you need to relax or to take care of yourself there's a beauty salon and a library for readers. All of those activities are free, except the cinema, the swimming pool, the beauty salon and the library but they are still cheap.
Buy
If you enjoy cooking, then you can buy meat at the butcher shops and sea food at the fishmonger shops. There is a flower shop, a toy store, and if you want to have a memory of your trip, you can go to the jewellery shop, or to La Passion du cuir: a handicraft shop.
Eat and drink
If you visit the centre of Saint-Sulpice, there are a lot of restaurants: Le Grand-Rond, L'Octave, Ô St Sulp, and there are bakeries. But if you are coming from the highway, you can stop at O Castela; it is more expensive but the service is excellent.
The Relais Fleuri is a bar/restaurant as well.

There are two hotels in Saint-Sulpice: Domaine d'En Fargou and the Relais Fleuri. The first one is close to the highway and the most expensive and the second one is cheaper and in the town centre.
