By bus
- Victory Liner. Has daily trips from their Manila terminal. There are two terminals, one at Bulanao and another at Dagupan Oestre.
- From Bontoc, you can take a bus going to Tabuk via Tinglayan from 7AM to 10AM, or take a jeepney to Tinglayan from 8AM to 3PM.
