Thoubal
Thoubal is a town in the Indian state of Manipur. It is an idyllic town of 46,000 people (2011) that has many lakes and rivers, paddy fields, and gardens.

Thoubal Bazar is the main business hub of the surrounding villages. A variety of hand loom and handicraft products are produced. Agriculture is the main source of income for the majority of the population.
Get in
The Trans-Asian highway (AH1) passes through Thoubal. It is well connected with Imphal, Kakching, Moreh, and Yairipok.
Tata Magic, Auto, winger are the only means of transport to and from Thoubal.

- 🌍 Khongjom War Memorial Complex (Anglo-Manipuri War Memorial Complex) (11 km south of Thoubal). This is the largest war memorial complex in Manipur. It commemorates the freedom fighters and matyrs of Anglo-Manipuri War that took place in Khongjom, Manipur. It houses the tallest statue of sword in the world.
- 🌍 Thoubal Keithel (Thoubal Market Complex). It is one of the largest market complexes in Manipur. Here, one can get everything, starting from local handloom and handicrafts products to local seasonal fruits and vegetables.
