  • Tualatan is accessed from Interstate 5 through Exits 289 ("Newberg Rd") and 290 ("Lower Boones Ferry Rd").
  • begins and ends at exit #288 of I-5 between Tualatin and Wilsonville.
  • doesn't quit go through the Tualatin city limits but it is connected east-west through Tualatin via SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd from OR-99W in Sherwood.
  • SW 124th Ave more or less serves as the western boundary of Tualatin. It goes north south from OR-Hwy 99W in King City down towards its other end in SW Tonquin Rd

By public transit

The 🌍 Tualatin Park & Ride and the 🌍 Tualatin South Park & Ride serve as bus/train stations for Tri-Met trains & buses in Tualatin. Oregon Point and SMART buses traveling along I 5 towards Portland/Eugene and Wilsonville respectively stop only at the Tualatin Park & Ride:

  • 🌍 WES Train Commuter rail from Beaverton Transit Center to Wilsonville via Tigard & Tualatin. They pick up/drop off at the Tualatin Park & Ride on SW 72nd & Bridgeport Rd.

  • Cascades Point connects Portland, Tualatin, Woodburn, Salem, Albany, and Eugene via I 5.
  • SMART 2X connects Tualatin and Wilsonville via I 5. Passengers transfer to the 1x bus in Wilsonville to continue to Salem.
