Xiapu
Xiapu is a town on the coast in Ningde Prefecture, Fujian. It is Fujian's most northerly town; the nearest major city is Wenzhou across the border in Zhejiang. Xiapu is famous among landscape photographers.

Climate
The Xiapu area belongs to the mid-subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, with an average annual temperature of 16 ℃-19 ℃, rainy in spring, typhoons in summer, warm in winter and cool in summer, frost and snow are rare. Affected by the ocean climate, the monsoon has obvious characteristics. Disastrous weather is dominated by typhoons and heavy rains, and serious typhoons occur 3 times a year on average.

- Xiapu is on G15, the Fujian Section of the Shenhai Expressway, a major highway along the coast from Shenzhen to Shanghai.
- 🌍 Xiapu Railway Station. Xiapu is on the main fast train line from Fuzhou to Shanghai, but not all trains stop there.
